The photo shows how CUPOLEX deals with plumbing penetrations. Merely cut a hole using a hole saw and then tape it up. In this example the hole that has been cut fits the pipe perfectly and does not require taping.

As you can see the domes form a natural platform for the mesh. The slab once poured has the mesh in the ideal position for crack control.
