The CUPOLEX® system is the latest innovation in concrete flooring. It combines clever engineering with simplicity to produce a cost effective floor suitable for residential, commercial and industrial applications.

CUPOLEX® is a patented structural dome flooring system made of recycled plastic modular elements.

Each element easily interconnects to create a self-supporting structure which acts as a permanent form work, replacing hardfill or polystyrene.

Each CUPOLEX® floor is specifically designed to suit site conditions. Specific design calculations, drawings and PS1 Design Producer Statement are provided for each design by a Chartered Professional Engineer. Where required, each floor is inspected by an engineer and a PS4 Construction Review Producer Statement provided.

CUPOLEX® is available in a range of sizes from 50mm through to 700mm high, with the 260mm Domes and respective components being manufactured in NZ.
